Where will we dine, and is there a dress code?
The Greathouse is Serenity's own adults-only gourmet restaurant, and your suite includes dining there without a reservation. Dinner is served from 6:00 pm to 9:30 pm. You can sit under vaulted ceilings and chandeliers, or outside on the patio overlooking the Serenity Pool. The dress code is smart resort wear, so leave beachwear, flip-flops and tank tops for other times. Room service runs 24 hours from The Greathouse menu, and the kitchen can accommodate allergies and dietary needs with advance notice.
Can we have spa treatments in the suite?
Yes. Your butler can arrange in-suite couples massages and treatments, offered only to Serenity guests. The menu includes a 50-minute Couples Tranquility Massage from $280, plus a Couples Body Scrub, Couples Deep Tissue and hot stone, lava shell and hot candle massages for two. Reservations are required, so ask your butler to book before or soon after you arrive. The resort also has an oceanfront spa.
What should we know about arrival and getting around the resort?
The resort is in Vieux Fort, about 4 km from Hewanorra International Airport. It offers a free 24-hour roundtrip airport shuttle, and your butler arranges the return transfer around your flight. Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. All 36 suites are on one level across five buildings with no elevator, so there are no stairs between you and your pool. The property is smoke-free, and guests must be 21 or older.
