Serenity At Coconut Bay is a couples-only, adults-only retreat for guests 21 and over, and guests under 21 are not permitted to stay. With one king bed and space for two, the suite suits honeymooners, anniversary trips and romantic getaways. Pets and service animals are not permitted.
How do dining and dress codes work for suite guests?
The Greathouse is Serenity's own gourmet restaurant, and it is included and reservation-free. You can dine indoors under vaulted ceilings and chandeliers, or outside on the patio overlooking the Serenity Pool. Published dinner hours are 6:00 pm to 9:30 pm. The dress code is smart resort wear, so beachwear, gym shorts, flip-flops, cut-off jeans and baseball hats are not suitable at dinner. Room service from The Greathouse menu is also available around the clock.
How easy is it to get to the suite from the airport, and what should I know at arrival?
The resort is in Vieux Fort, a short drive of about 10 minutes from Hewanorra International Airport (UVF). A complimentary 24-hour round-trip airport shuttle is offered, and your butler arranges the return transfer around your flight time. Check-in begins at 3:00 PM and check-out is from 11:00 AM. A card authorization or deposit is required at check-in, along with photo ID. A Saint Lucia tourism levy of US $6.00 per adult per night is paid locally at check-in.
What should guests know about getting around the property?
Serenity has 36 suites on a single level across five buildings, and the property has no elevator, so there are no stairs between your suite and the rest of the resort. Guests with mobility needs should keep the spread-out layout in mind. The property is smoke-free. Free self-parking is available if you hire a car.
