How is the bed set up, and who does the suite sleep?
The suite has 1 king bed and sleeps 2 guests. There is a pillow menu to tailor your sleep, along with air conditioning and a ceiling fan. At 1,194 sq. ft. the suite is roomy for two, with a separate sitting area and a work desk.
What is the bathroom like?
The private bathroom has a deep soaking bathtub and a separate shower. It comes with designer toiletries, bathrobes, slippers, a hair dryer and towels. Turndown service and daily housekeeping keep it fresh through your stay.
What does the butler do, and can I book spa treatments in the suite?
Each suite comes with 24-hour personal butler service. In-suite massage is available only to Serenity guests and must be reserved in advance through your butler. The couples menu is priced separately; a 50-minute Couples Tranquility Massage, for example, is $280.

It suits couples. Serenity At Coconut Bay is a couples-only, all-suite retreat for guests aged 21 and over, so children are not permitted. With a private plunge pool, butler service, in-suite spa and room service, it works well for honeymoons, anniversaries and stays of several days. The resort also hosts small weddings and elopements.
How do I get to the resort from the airport, and what are check-in times?
The resort is in Vieux Fort, about 4 km from Hewanorra International Airport, a drive of roughly 10 minutes. A free 24-hour roundtrip airport shuttle is offered, so give your reservation name at the kiosk after customs. Check-in starts at 3:00 PM and check-out is from 11:00 AM.
What should I know about the layout and dining dress code?
Serenity has 36 suites on a single level across five buildings. There is no elevator, which matters for guests with mobility concerns. Dinner at The Greathouse runs 6:00 pm to 9:30 pm, with a smart resort wear dress code that excludes beachwear, flip-flops and gym shorts. The kitchen can accommodate allergies and dietary needs with advance notice.
Are there any charges to expect on arrival?
A Saint Lucia tourism levy of US $6.00 per adult per night is collected by the resort at check-in. A credit or debit card authorization or cash deposit is also required for incidental charges, and you may be asked for photo ID. Wi-Fi and parking are free.
